Berkley has always loved animals, but as of late she has really taken to kitty cats. She loves to read books about cats, watch shows with cats, and even carries around a little stuffed cat that she likes to sleep with. Of course nothing compares to the really thing! This is my brother and his families cat Sammy! As you can see Berkley is thrilled to have him around. My kids would love to have a cat or a dog and we're the mean parents that keep telling them no. How nice that we can live vicariously through everyone's animals !

yes I must admit we are mean parents too. Although our little boy's air passages start to close off when he is near animals so ya know....meanies and all that junk.
